Your alarm system is installed with each alarm being assigned a zone. Whenever an alarm is tripped a signal is sent to our alarm station via telephone line. These signals are then interpreted by a receiver and sent to operators. The operator will then take the appropriate action. Your local responding authorities, your home or business, and your call list will all be called depending on how you have your account set up. Your call list is fully customizable to help ensure that you are always notified in an emergency situation.
