What is your dealer programs about?
We are not a central station or a major alarm company.
We will not be competing against you.
We give our dealers all leads coming through our web sites through our partner Central Station!
Security Affiliates dealer network is here to help the smaller security independent dealer compete against the large corporations and their "mass marketing" strategy by utilizing the Internet to provide a community where alarm dealers and the public can interact. Our group buying power will allow us to get discounts on products and services. As we partner with select companies, dealers will easily be able to offer select services they never thought they would (example: Medical monitoring, GPS monitoring, Credit checks...).
For the public, Our network of Web sites will be a welcome portal on the Internet where they can find help, information, resources and fair prices for security, monitoring and protective services through our network of independent dealers.
For the dealer, this will be an area where you can interact with other alarm dealers and the public by providing answers in the help forums. Provide security services to new customers who find you through our Internet marketing program(s).
What makes you different from all the other dealer programs?
Our total commitment to the customer and dealers. Our goal is to be the main portal for customers looking for security services and alarm dealers looking for these customers. Customers will be able to sign-up online and the account will be directed to a dealer in their area.
How will Security Affiliates help dealers get new accounts?
Dealers will be listed on no less than 15+ Web sites with domain names that are security key words for search engines using some great domains for our dealers: (TheAlarmDoctor.com, ProtectedBy.com, NationwideMonitoring.com, alarmquotes.com are a few) and keywords that users will type in looking for security/alarm dealers and monitoring. As of Jan 2005, we have 250+ domains and over 60+ Web sites up. We will have over 100+ satellite Web sites up in the near future. We are looking to partner with major Internet Web sites as we expand.
What are the different levels of membership?
Non-Member: (Dealers not looking to be listed on our sites)
Dealers using our Central Station Services only. There is no membership fee for coming in to our partner central station through our group. Non-members will have access to all our discounted monitoring services, but will not be listed on any Web sites. Non-members will have access to all special pricing and discounts from our partners. Non-members have access to all other partner products and services and can be listed on sites pertaining to that product as a reseller.
Regular Member:
All dealers coming into our partner Central Station by applying through Security Affiliates are automatically a regular Security Affiliate member and will get listings throughout our security domains. Members will also get access to all special pricing and discounts from our suppliers and partners. Dealers will also get leads coming into the Central Station as a security Affiliate member. All companies (member and non-member) providing security systems and monitoring of life safety systems must have insurance, be bonded and licensed if necessary along with 3+ years experience in the security and alarm industries or a key person supervising with 3 years experience.
Members will be listed on our main group of security Web sites. Dealers using our partners services for medical monitoring, Internet Monitoring, Remote Video, GPS, GPS Tracking and other services will be listed on additional Web sites pertaining to our partners product.
Non-members have access to all partner products and services and can be listed on sites pertaining to that product as a reseller.
What does it cost to join?
There is no cost to join our group. Membership is free by signing up for central station services through Security Affiliates using our partner Central Station
There are many benefits to joining our network. As we grow, you will be getting group discounts from our partners on your purchases. Become a reseller of our partners products and services and let us help you promote the product on our Web sites. Security Affiliates will soon be able to get discounts on insurance, printing and decals for our dealers as well as other important dealer services. See our Dealer Benefits page.
Yes, before the first 30 days after joining. After that time all accounts stay at the CS for one year minimum (except for customer default). For more detailed information, please visit the Dealer guidelines page.

Membership to the Security Affiliates network is open to all alarm dealers who meet the established criteria. All companies must have insurance, be bonded and licensed if necessary along with 3+ years experience in the security and alarm industries. Honest and ethical in all business dealings. Dealers to use our partners Central Station services.
No, but all dealers are expected to refrain from this type of disruptive behavior. Patterns of this type of violation be addressed by us.
No. Security Affiliates is here for consumers looking for alarm dealer. We do not compete against our dealers. All monitoring, servicing and referrals are directed to the dealer network and to our associates.(Note:RGS operates in Cleveland Ohio and will stop sales once we get an alarm dealer in this area)
While we do not own accounts outright, we will take over abandoned accounts. These accounts may be offered to our dealer network (at our discretion). Furthermore, we will also make every effort to connect selling dealers with other potential buying dealers within our network
Security Affiliates is building a very strong web presence. We have over 250+ security and keyword related domains. As we grow, we will be looking into nationwide radio and print advertising.
No. There is no minimum commitment, but we expect dealers to move their existing accounts into our partner central stations and actively promote their services on the Internet. There are several types of optional services offered that dealers will need a minimum number of accounts for the service to be offered free. Answering services and dealers that are using a CS 800 number that the dealers own must have a certain number of accounts online within 3 months or they will be charged a small fee for those services. Inactive dealers may be removed or another company offered their geographical area
