We are not a central station or a major alarm company.We will not be competing against you. The Smartmonitoring
dealer network is here to help the smaller security independent
dealer compete against the large corporations and their "mass
marketing" strategy by utilizing the Internet to provide
a community where alarm dealers and the public can interact. Our
group buying power will allow us to get discounts on products
and services. As we partner with select companies, dealers will
easily be able to offer select services they never thought they
would (example: Medical monitoring, GPS monitoring, Credit checks...).
For the public, The SmartMonitoring network of Websites will
be a (mini) portal on the Internet where they can find help, information,
resources and fair prices for security, monitoring and protective
services through our network of independent dealers.
For the dealer, this will be an area where you can interact with
other alarm dealers and the public by providing answers in the
help forums. Provide security services to new customers who find
you through our Internet marketing program.
What makes you different from all the other dealer programs?
Our total commitment to the dealer and customers. Our goal is
to be the main portal for customers looking for security services
and alarm dealers looking for these customers. Customers will
be able to sign-up online and the account will be directed to
a dealer in their area.
How will our network help dealers get new accounts?
Dealers will be listed on no less than 15+ Websites with domain
names that are key words for search engines (Two of our site domains:
alarmquotes.com and AlarmMonitoring.net) and words that users
will type in looking for alarm dealers . We will also have up
to 100+ satellite Websites and are currently looking to work with
major Websites and Internet marketers as partners.
We will also offer affiliate programs and E-commerce on several
of our Websites. Dealers that want to be involved can sell through
select websites and affiliate programs on the Internet. We will
split the profits between our companies and affiliates. We are
looking to partner with several regional and national retail outfits.
Retailers that sell our products will be looking to their local
SmartMonitoring affiliate to provide service and monitoring.
Dealers coming into the SmartMonitoring approved central stations
through the SmartMonitoring group are considered regular members
and will get listed in several domains. Monitoring.cc, AlarmMonitoring.net,
ResidentialMonitoring.com (plus several more) along with a 1-2
page Subdomain (i.e.: Monitoring.cc/YourWebsite).
Affiliate Member:
Dealers that come into our select group of Central Stations can
apply to become an affiliate (or associate) member. Affiliate
members will be listed on special select Websites that will be
sponsored in several search engines. Affiliates will also be able
to participate in special dealer programs not available to regular
members alongside our partners. Offer innovative medical, security
and business services over the Internet (and as part of your regular
services) as a SmartMonitoring Affiliate.
There are many benefits to joining our network. As we grow, we will
be getting group discounts from select distributors on our purchases.

Can I move my accounts out of SmartMonitoring in
the future if I should choose to?
Yes, before the first 90 days (trial) after joining. After that
time all accounts stay at the CS for two years minimum (except for

Somewhat. We will try to give dealers select areas, but can not
make exclusive. If a dealer does good in an area, we will have no
reason to add another dealer in that area unless we bring in an
established dealer program that already has a dealer in that area.
No. SmartMonitoring is here for consumers looking for alarm dealer.
We do not compete against our dealers. All monitoring, servicing
and referrals are directed to the dealer network.
While we do not own accounts outright, we will take over abandoned
accounts. These accounts may be offered to our dealer network (at
our discretion). Furthermore, we will also make every effort to
connect selling dealers with other potential buying dealers within
our network
What kind of marketing is available to SmartMonitoring
dealers?
SmartMonitoring will soon have a very strong web presence. We have
over 20 key security related domains. As we grow, we will be looking
into radio and print advertising.
Do I need to make a commitment regarding how
many accounts I must place at SmartMonitoring?
No. There is no minimum commitment, but we expect dealers to help
promote their services on the Net. Inactive dealers may be removed
or another company offered their geographical area
